Matt is the Past-Chair of the Anti-Poverty Task Force for the City of Jackson; Co-Founder of the Jackson-Madison County Equity Project; Chair of the United Ways of Tennessee State Association; member of the United Way Black Professional Leadership Alliance, as well as a team member of the City of Jackson Recovery Court and the Jackson-Madison County School System Parent Council. He also serves as the Young Adult Pastor at the Historic First Baptist Church.

He is a native of West Tennessee, but when not serving in the community, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and extended family.

Anna oversees marketing and communications, public relations, social media, and United Way’s Young Leaders Collective. Anna began her career with United Way after earning her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Tennessee. As a marketing professional in the nonprofit sector, Anna is passionate about connecting individuals with causes they care about and fostering a young generation of dedicated volunteers and philanthropists. Anna lives in Knoxville with her partner and two dogs.

Kaycee lives in Moorhead, Minn., with her family. Her favorite pastime is cuddling with her baby girl.
