Today Marks our 5 Year Anniversary!
OH how time flies…
5 years ago today, our CEO, Charlie Mulligan, received paperwork (on his birthday no less) that we were an official company!
A lot has changed here at GiveGab in 5 years of existence. For instance, we changed our company name! Back then, we went by the name “iYouVo” and if you can’t pronounce it then you know exactly why we decided to change it.

Our name isn’t the only thing that’s changed over the years. Many great people have come and gone. Many features have taken on new forms or disappeared entirely, like the Invite-O-Matic 4000.
Yes, being part of a startup has it’s ups and downs and slew of changes, but what I love the most about being a part of this one is the fact that we continue to grow as a team. The culture here at GiveGab is one that took 5 years to create. We like having fun and playing foosball. We like pranking people on their birthdays (like Charlie today), or any day really. We enjoy talking about code and funny things that happened years ago. But most importantly, we’re a team of people who love coming to work each day because we believe we’re making a difference in the lives of our nonprofit customers.
Sure, we’re not the same as 5 years ago but it’s better that way. We’ve adapted to our customers’ needs and have become a better team.
Congratulations to my fellow team members that make it possible. We should all be very proud.
