#GiveBigDFW 2018 Brings The Dallas Fort Worth Community Together
Organized by United Way of Metropolitan Dallas (UWMD), #GiveBigDFW occurred on November 27, 2018, to coincide with #GivingTuesday.
Over $33 million was raised to support the Dallas Fort Worth area! Community members were encouraged to “Give from the Heart” and get involved on this special day. With over 18k volunteer hours logged they clearly rose to the task.
Downloadable graphics were provided, for participating organization to utilize to promote their campaigns, via #GiveBigDFW’s Nonprofit Toolkit, including this GIF.
United Way of Metropolitan Dallas (UWMD) also hosted two great events on the giving day.

#GiveBigDFW Leaderboards
Organizations with the most Most Raised and the Most Unique Donations were features on the event’s Leaderboards.
At over $30k, Children’s Health, Children’s Medical Center Foundation ranked first for having the Most Raised!
Topping the leaderboards for having the Most Donors was Dallas DogRRR at almost 200 unique supporters!
